are super easy to make too. Begin by preheating your oven to 200 degrees. Grab some
macintosh apples and core them. Then you’re going to cut them into circles about ⅛-inch to ¼-
inch. Take the chips and toss them in a bowl with some cinnamon and sugar. Then place them
on a sprayed baking sheet or you can use parchment paper. After that you throw them in the
oven for 2-3 hours and you’re done! Make sure to allow them to cool before storing them in a
container.

Brie & Apple Grilled Cheese

Apple Treats for Fall
This recipe will be sure to make you feel fancy after making it. Not only is it a super quick meal
too, but it will be sure to use some of your apple picking goodies! You’re going to begin by
slicing and coring a granny smith. Then you’re going to slice up some brie. Grab a frying pan
and put 2 tablespoons of butter into it over medium heat. Put the apple slices in the pan and
slowly stir in 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Lower the heat and let it
simmer. Then you’re going to take two slices of sourdough, butter each side and toast it. Once
it’s lightly toasted, you assemble your sandwich. Lastly place it back in the pan and press the
sandwich together until it’s golden brown. Delicious!
