REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it has shipped, we will provide a full refund.

 

  1. Before Delivery: If you cancel your order after the order is shipped or before we cancel shipping, you are welcome to return your order for a refund.

 

  1. After Delivery, Unopened Product: We accept returns of unopened products up to 14 days post-purchase for a refund.

 

  1. After Delivery, Used Product: We offer a 90-day no-questions-asked 100% satisfaction guarantee refund on all our products.

 

  1. After Delivery, Post-Cancellation and Guarantee Period: We are unable to accept returns or to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit past the 90-day period.

Method of Refund:

Refunds are issued to the electronic payment provider that you used during checkout (stripe, PayPal, etc.) within 24-48 hours after product is returned or refund is requested.

 

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Shipment:

Infrequently, an order may be damaged during delivery, may be defective, or may be incomplete or wrong. Please contact [email protected] so that we can remedy the issue.

 

Returns Process:

– Email [email protected] with a return request and the following: Your name, order number, order date, item(s) purchased, and reason for your return.

 

– Once you receive authorization, you may use your shipping method of choice; include your original receipt and a note stating the reason for the return.

 

– Within 24-48 hours or receipt of the returned product, we will refund you for the cost of the product or products as described above.

 

– Note: We do not provide for shipping labels for returns. We do not refund return shipping costs.
