The drops arrived, I used them almost immediately & followed them with ashwaganda (hormones are off, too). I literally felt everything release — enough so that I know this is just what my body needs. The taste is good, too, and I’m not a big cherry fan! Definitely will continue using these as part of my health regimen…

I started off using tablets that dissolve under my tongue, but after 90 days, they didn’t seem to do much. I think they were strong enough. I got this and have been loving it. I’ve seen SUCH an increase in my energy and a decrease in my general fatigue, it’s amazing! My appetite isn’t hit or miss anymore. I LOVE this stuff and it’s my new go to vitamin b12…

I use all the serums and creams that I can and I take all the vitamins and supplements that are supposed to help. Biotin is almost everything that I take so I was thrilled to see this 5000mcgs of liquid biotin. I ordered it immediately and was so excited when it arrived. I have now been using it for a few weeks and my skin looks great. It absorbs wonderfully and it is one of the best skin products that I have ever used. I just started taking these Vitamin B12 drops and I can honestly say that I am already feeling a difference in my energy level. I run at full throttle all of the time, and am often exhausted. This morning, I took my drops and within an hour felt energized and ready to take on the day. All you need is 1/2 a dropper under the tongue once a day. Hold it for 30 seconds and swallow. No nasty after-taste or burning. I also noticed that once I take it, I am not nearly as hungry as I usually am in the morning. Looking forward to finishing these out and seeing the benefits over a long period!
